HOLIDAYS IN THE VILLAGE FAIR

Friday, Nov. 4th, 6PM– 9PM

Saturday, Nov. 5th, 9AM– 2PM


Nov. 4th & 5th is just around the corner and we’re almost ready! If you haven’t been asked to help but can, please let us know. Please take flyers to post and share. Advertisement is the key! Let’s make this our best fair ever! We will have great food on Friday and Saturday and lots of items to purchase. Something for everyone.


If you would like to contribute to the baked goods table, please bring your items on Nov. 6th during the day. Cookies packed in small packages go well. Breads, pies and cakes are needed. Homemade pickles, applesauce, relishes, jams & jellies are needed. Everyone loves our homemade goodies! Call Jessie Freda or Ellen Hutchins if you have questions about this area. Linda Buttimer will also need lots of pies for the Friday Night Social!


We are looking for jewelry, handbags & scarves for the Baubles, Bangles and Beads tables. This is always one of our busiest areas and the more they have, the more we sell.  Please call Bevely Schluntz or Kristen Queenan if you have items that you would like to donate.


White Elephant items? Please call Pat Fish for a time to bring them to the church. We can use the things that you don’t’ need! You can call Brenda Sidmore if you have questions about items you want to bring.


Items can be brought in and left on the stage in Social Hall beginning the day after Labor Day between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.


Crafts & Christmas items – we can use your handmade crafts and Christmas items. We have a great variety of handmade crafts this year and we thank everyone for their contributions! Please call Marilyn Boynton, Arlene Perkins or Florence Hutchinson if you have questions.


The Antique and Gift Shoppe has lots of interesting items this year. Still have contributions? Call Rose DiGiacomo or Mila Astakhov.


We have all our items for the Silent Auction and what a great variety of gift certificates, museum and sports tickets, art work, jewelry, a lovely handmade quilt and I Spy children’s blanket, gift baskets and much more. We will auction 12 items on Friday night at 8:30 p.m. and the rest on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. The list of items will be available soon.
